Bharat qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1980 followed by becoming a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1987.

After completing his articles with two Chartered Accountancy practices, he joined Binder Hamlyn (BDO) as well as another leading Chartered Accountancy practice, and gained invaluable corporate Accountancy and Audit experience, leading to the set up of his own Chartered Accountancy practice in 1975.

Now, with a successful Chartered Accountancy practice Price Mann & Co and over 40 years experience, Bharat has used his strengths and specialised in Business consultancy and Tax planning for small & medium sized companies as well as looking after a wide range of professionals including Doctors, Dentists and other professionals throughout the UK, who have become the heart of Bharat’s practice.

Bharat who is an IFA registered with FSA, is also an expert to ask for advice on Pensions, Insurance and other Investment products.

Throughout his career, Bharat has had a vast amount of commercial experience from being shareholder and Finance Director of Piranha Car Alarm, a leading leisure company, a recruitment and a software company and an import and export company. He also actively manages a property portfolio within UK.

Bharat’s interests have always been surrounded by volunteering, working with charitable organisations and working with the Lohana community of North London. His involvement with Golders Green Lions Club, led him to be Lions president as well as becoming a Guiding Lion of the Lions Club in Kingsbury.

Bharat has a wide variety of hobbies including; Golf, Badminton, Salsa Dancing, Cricket and Swimming, as well as doing Fire walk with Antony Robins.

Viren Hindocha FCA, FCCA – Partner

Viren joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1979 and became a fellow of the Institute in 1989 and he also became a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1987. Viren is also a Registered Auditor and Authorised Investment Advisor (FSA).

After completing secondary education in Kenya and a year of Foundation Course at Central London Polytechnic, he entered into a 4 year training contract to study Chartered Accountancy with a seven partner firm in West End, London. To gain large firm experience, he joined Ernst & Whinney (London) in 1979 and conducted audits of some big companies such as Dunlop, BP, Lucas etc.

Having gained a depth of experience in this field for 3 years, he went on to join the DHSS Special Internal Audit Division for a year to gain Public sector experience. After that he joined as a partner in the firm in 1982.

Viren manages a wide portfolio of clients, assisting companies, partnerships, sole traders and individuals with accounting and tax affairs, including doctors, dentists and other professionals.

Outside of work Viren’s interest include playing golf (watch out for the rising golf star!), hiking (he has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and has trekked to Everest base camp in October 2010) and travelling. He is also heavily involved with charity work and has been a past President of the Lions Club of Sudbury. Being a passionate golf player he has also been the Captain of Care Golf Society.
